At the top we have a menu box.
I notice that on most forums, there are a lot of links in menu.
But we use just a fev of them everyday, others more rare.
And this links doesn't make a good look.

So there I think maybe it will be good to have a menu with daily used links, and some drop down extended menu with all other menu links.
something Like a callendar in plus 1.5 version.

This is just a suggestion.

I did tested that, it is nice menu manager, but it havent the thing I am searching for.
And that is to have a menu at the top like it is, and have a second menu with not so regular used links, somekind of dropdown second menu, or extended menu!
Like you have a Letzte Beiträge, or Birthday!
and how can I change the size of the menu fonts?

Suggestion:
Install the menu manager and just replace the links you wants to have in a second menu. These links you can let the users choose to include/exclude in their menu.

And to change the font size: Look into the overall_header.tpl für class="genmed" and replace "genmed" with "gen". This will increase the font size a little bit after you do the following changes:
