junior admin problem

do you run this on win 2003, or some other windows.
How exactly do you have setted up a folder for forum?
I give all permission to folder forum, but still doesn't work

Which webserver do you use? I'm running Apache 2 under Windows XP for lokal tests.

I use IIS which is builded in windows 2003.
maybe I should setup something in IIS.

Yes. I don't know the webserver itself and it's heavy configurations, but I read about some traps there.
Search on phpbb.com or phpbb2.de about this. At this point I can't help you...
