meeting mod send email

I want to send a user an email with the data from the meeting when they sign up for it like

Thanks for signing up for this meeting,
the meeting you signed up for:

meeting name
meeting place
meeting time

Sorry, but I'll not code this.
Think about mass emails. There are heavy problems by sending one.
And if many user will sign up a meeting at the same or into a little span of time the emailer can turn off function, too...
And regard: Each email you'll send will cost your traffic!
Each user can alltimes watch his/her sign ons and bookmark the meetings on webbrowser...

I think, the user have signed on and know that.
A notification about a sign on...
I think it's simply unnecessarily.

As I wrote: The user can bookmark the links o eack meeting where he/sche signed on to be able to track them...
