DL4.2.1 + PHPBB2.0.19 + Category Hierarchy 2.1.4 (English)

Hello,
Please excuse me for the englisch language but writing in germanis not my strongest point.

I installed DL4.2.1 on a PHPBB2.0.19 board with Category Hierachy 2.1.4
Now i'm running into a few issues.

Issue 1
When a new user is registrating he doesn't get the download limit assigned to the registered user group.
When i'm manually setting the download limit for the registered user group then the change is not committed to the group. When i change the download limit for a group i created myself the change is committed succesfully. When i set the download limit for all users the change is also succesfully committed to the registered users group.

Issue 2
The download configuration page is only showing the submit and reset button. The options for changing to receive an e-mail or pop-up for new downloads are not showing.

Does anyone has an idea on how to solve this?

The Download Mod is still not tested with the Categories Hierarchy MOD 2.1.x so I can't help you for now...
